It comes from a specific clone of Grechetto preserved by Eredi dei Papi, which gives a light aromatic quality and softness unexpected for this variety. It’s the wine for those who prefer substance to form, truth to performance. Pure, direct, with a character you don’t need to decipher: you get it at the first sip.
Treat yourself to it when you don’t feel like complicating the evening: a charcuterie board, two true friends and something fried to eat with your hands.
Savour it at an impromptu aperitif down the street, with hot supplì and conversations that start without introductions.
Pour it between one uramaki and the next, on a sushi night where everyone laughs, shares and nobody looks at the clock.
It holds all the distinctive traits of Grechetto: minerality, sharpness, savouriness.

Hand-harvested into crates in the first half of September.
Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17°C. Ageing on the fine lees until April of the following year, an extended ageing that favours complexity and longevity and acts as a natural preservative, minimising the addition of sulphites.
Bottled in May, aged in bottle for at least one month. Released in June.
Serving temperature: 12°-14°C. Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
